Thomas Edison
In 1912, Thomas Edison said that “The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”
Guess what....the future is here!

HEALTH CARE versus SICK CARE
People have been talking about the importance of health care for as long as I can remember but when we say health care, are we really talking about sick care? The reality is that the foundation of our current health care system is the treatment of illness and disease rather than the promotion and maintenance of good health. If more attention was placed on the importance of diet, proper nutrition, and exercise (preventative medicine), then countless medical conditions such as Type II Diabetes, certain cancers, heart disease, and obesity could be prevented. It is the treatment of these diseases that leads to skyrocketing health care (“sick care”) costs. True health care should focus on being proactive rather than being reactive. Allopathic medicine has its place but REAL health care should focus, primarily, on what we can do to stay healthy and, secondarily, on what we can do when we get sick to return us back to our healthy state without relying solely on medication. Instead, our so-called health care system does the complete opposite. Please understand....I’m not implying that if everyone made healthier choices in their life, no one would ever get sick. I’m simply suggesting that society, as a whole, would be less sick.
Some things we should avoid in order to help maintain our health are tobacco, alcohol, processed foods, and fast foods. Some of the things we can do in order to stay healthy are to eat nutrient-rich foods, get regular chiropractic adjustments, participate in regular physical activity, and take the proper supplements that we are lacking and our bodies require in order to perform to their full potential.
Our nutritional programs focus on getting you healthier and/or helping you maintaining your health. If you’re sick, we will evaluate and advise you as to the best path you can take in order to internally strengthen your body and, thus, help your body become healthier. If you're healthy, we will recommend the steps you can take to maintain, or even improve, your overall health.
Our focus is health care....NOT sick care!
